A 7 day diet with your favorite foods

 

This diet is good to keep during the spring and summer because it is based on fruits and vegetables that are most abundant during this time. Make a big list of your favorite fruits and vegetables and eat it every day, drink plenty of water (at least eight cups a day), lemon juice, make a bun.

 

Monday

Eat only vegetables on the first day. For example, choose cucumbers. You can eat as much as you want. This vegetable is great because it contains 90 percent water. If you choose cucumbers, they will detoxify your body. Of course, combine with other vegetables to taste.

 

Tuesday

This day should be dedicated to the fruit. Apples, peaches, oranges, bulbs, whatever your soul wants. Try to spread them throughout the day, and if you’re still hungry, you can drink 1 cup of low-fat yogurt.

 

Wednesday 

This day eat strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and other forest fruits. Eat throughout the day, but be sure to drink plenty of water.

 

Thursday

Milky day. Cheese yogurt, kefir, cheese. You can also add a little bit of bulbs, grapes or cherries to get the perfect combination.

 

Friday 

The diet goes on and you go back to vegetables. Choose five types of your favorite vegetables and eat them in different combinations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But only five.

 

Saturday 

Fruit only, but you can also eat yogurt with less fat for dinner.

 

Sunday

Today you are only allowed to drink shakes and juices from fruits and vegetables – apples, oranges, tomatoes, spinach, celery… Make your favorite snack combinations.

After the diet, you are back to your normal diet, but here we are thinking of a controlled diet, with no sweet, sodas and too much fatty food.
