Easy and simple diet

Your healthy hair, nails will start to grow, your skin will be cleansed … The point is to avoid carbohydrates, but it will be easy to believe! get rid of carbohydrates only Monday to Saturday, and eat them for breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

Then from Monday again from the beginning.



– Any kind of meat (except fatty pork but can be pure pork)

– Dairy products, with less carbohydrates and don’t overdo it with these foods, feta, yogurt half a liter maximum and cheese …

-Vegetables (everything green: cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, little tomato, zucchini, celery, spinach, rubella … literally green and less than other colors)

– Eggs by all means, if you fry them, then with a little oil, a tablespoon!

– Nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts … but from these foods only one hand a day)

– water is very important throughout the day, about 2.5 liters minimum …


– Any pastries or flour at all …

– Fruit by no means, but only until Sunday

– Potatoes, soybeans, beans, green beans, repeat again no pasta, peas, rice, snacks, sweets.

– Juices, sugar too


Use the first list for 6 days, the 7th day consume for breakfast and lunch pasta, potatoes, rice, except mild, if you need to gently take honey or wholemeal cake … Then return to the first day and again without carbohydrates.

In a matter of days, you will lose at least 10 pounds, for sure and more.

This diet attacks the fat in the best way while keeping the muscle.
