Genes are important, but joy is more important for long life

Smiles, friends, acceptance from the environment and life satisfaction is the recipe for longevity.

Harvard research conducted over 80 years has come to the conclusion that genes are important for longevity, but joy in life is even more important. Acceptance from society and the satisfaction of our life make us live long and happy.

Also, the researchers found that our love relationships have a powerful effect on our health, as well as the habit of caring for our body, that is, having a beautiful relationship with ourselves. Having people we can lean on in life soothes our nervous system, reduces emotional discomfort and improves brain health.

All the money in the world has no value as few close and true friends and shared joy with them for small life events.
