Did you know that eating at least three bananas a day can significantly reduce your risk of stroke or heart attack?
According to British and Italian scientists, you should eat one banana for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner, so you will provide the body with enough potassium. This reduces the risk of developing clots and blood clots in the brain by 21%, which is not a small amount.
A study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology suggests that stroke can in most cases be prevented or even reduced due to the potassium levels found in some foods such as bananas, fish, spinach and lentils.
The researchers found that the daily intake of potassium needed to prevent the risk of stroke was about 1,600 mg. The average size of a banana contains about 500 mg, so three bananas a day can lower blood pressure and help the brain function properly.
Here are the benefits of consuming three bananas a day:
– depression decreases
– regulates blood pressure
-the chair is regulated
