Milky diet

 

The winter diet should be enriched with vitamins and minerals to compensate for the deficiency in the body during the cold season. Dairy products are ideal for this purpose, in combination with fruits, vegetables, and fish.

 

We offer you two options with an example winter dairy diet menu. You can change them daily or on weekdays. The winter milk diet is kept for 2 weeks.

 

Winter milk diet – example menu

Option 1

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with milk or tea, 1 egg and cheese omelet, 1 slice of cornbread

Snack: 1 cup sour milk

Lunch: 1 chicken soup, 1 salad of sauerkraut with red pepper and a little oil, 100 g boiled carrot Snack: 1 apple

Dinner: 150 g roasted fish, 1 roasted potato

Before bedtime: 1 cup sour milk or milk

 

Option 2

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with milk or tea, 1 boiled egg, 1 piece of cornbread crumbled with cottage cheese

Snack: 1 apple

Lunch: 1 serving of cream mushroom soup, 150 g of chicken meat with sour cabbage salad

Snack: 1 piece of cheese

Dinner: 200 g of cooked vegetables

Before bedtime: 1 cup sour milk or milk
