Liter of water
a little cinnamon
Place the water to boil, add a banana with a crust on which you will cut the tops and leave for 10 minutes to cook.
Process water and add cinnamon.
This drink is consumed half an hour before bedtime, and in the morning you will wake up full and energetic.
