High blood pressure: today almost everyone suffers from this serious problem known as hypertension. High blood pressure can lead to various health problems such as renal failure, heart attack, stroke, and so on.
Of 140/90 mm Hg and more is considered a high blood pressure level. You can solve this health problem with the help of natural ingredients that are available in your kitchen or the closest supermarkets.
-1 large garlic (2 smaller)
-1 cup honey
– 2 teaspoons black pepper in the grain
Clean the garlic well and cut it on the pellets with the size of the pill. Put it in a glass jar. Sprinkle with honey, cover garlic. Add the black pepper to the grain.
Allow it to mature for 5 days, then store it in the refrigerator.
Usage: one teaspoon in the morning to swallow with a glass of warm water.
If you can not swallow the garlic, make a lemonade with half a lemon juice and a glass of lukewarm water, then dissolve one teaspoon of the mixture and pour the liquid (pieces of garlic and black pepper will remain at the bottom).
Drink it for 10 days, make a break for 5 days, then repeat in the same order.
