Rich winter diet


A winter diet will help you to lose weight as well as improve your immunity to protect yourself against the flu and viruses that are constantly transmitted during this time of year.


A winter diet will enrich your menu with healthy foods that will keep you energized.



First day

Breakfast: 6 tablespoons cornflakes, mug of yogurt, apple

Snack: A glass of freshly pressed lemonade with honey

Lunch: turkey soup, turkey rolls, boiled broccoli

Snack: Slice of tiramisu

Dinner: Grill Champions, Black Toast Bread, Chamomile Tea with Honey


Second day

Breakfast: maize porridge with a cup of probiotic yogurt

Snack: 2 kiwi

Lunch: Bun soup, steak hunters, slice of black bread

Snack: A piece of pumpkin pie

Dinner: Vitamin salad, slice of black bread, thyme tea with honey



Third day

Breakfast: Slice of pie with young cheese, a cup of kefir

Snack: A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice

Lunch: Cinnamon, carrot soup, slice of rye bread

Snack: 2 tangerines

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, slice of black bread, butter, green tea


Fourth day

Breakfast: Wholemeal muffin with sesame, yogurt cup

Snack: Roasted bulb

Lunch: Grilled trout, boiled chutney with garlic, slice of black bread

Snack: Plate Dish

Dinner: Caprese salad, black bread, honey bar tea


 Fifth day

Breakfast: Black bread coated with butter and wild blackberry jam, horsetail tea with honey

Snack: Glass of tomato juice flavored with slices of mint

Lunch: Beef Stew, Grilled Beef Stew, Cooked Carrot, Slice of Rye Bread

Snack: ½ red grapefruit

Dinner: Banana bread


Sixth day

Breakfast: Energy-packed banana, forest fruit, and yogurt

 Snack: Roasted apple with a little honey and green tea

Lunch: Chicken soup, chicken fillet with honey and spices, a slice of black bread Snack: 2 kiwi

Dinner: Pancake with young cheese, a cup of kefir



Breakfast: Proya, a cup of probiotic yogurt

Snack: A few Indian nuts

Lunch: Potato moussaka, lemon salad, and olive oil

Snack: 2 tangerines

Dinner: Bruschetta with smoked tuna, black tea
