Sandwich with Chicken and Curry

This sandwich with soft chicken meat, seasoned with curry, honey, apples and celery, is an ideal light lunch. The creamy dressings can be healthier: replace most of the mayonnaise with low-fat yogurt.


For 8 sandwiches: Nutrition facts –  One sandwich contains:
  • 120 g low fat yogurt.
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise with turnip oil.
  • 3 teaspoon spice curry.
  • 2 scoops honey.
  • A little salt.
  • 500 g stewed chicken breasts, chopped.
  • Apple, cleaned and cut into cubes.
  • 4 stalks celery, finely chopped.
  • 8 sheets lettuce.
  • 4 integral pies of bread (with a diameter of 20cm), halved.
  • 329 calories.
  • 23 g proteins.
  • 38 g carbohydrates.
  • 3 g of fiber.
  • 9 g fat (2 g of which are saturated).
  • 62 mg cholesterol.
  • 433 mg of sodium.
Preparation time:
20 minutes.


  1. Mix a yogurt, mayonnaise, curry, honey and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken, apple and celery.
  2. On each half of the bread pies, place a slice of lettuce on one leaf and fill it with a quarter of the prepared mixture with chicken.
