Top 3 exercises to stimulate the work of the liver

Although many do not see the liver as an important vital organ, it still plays an important role and you should not neglect it.

 

Like all other organs, you should also try to keep it in good condition and the liver in order to work properly. In addition to the proper diet, it is also good to practice a few exercises that stimulate the work of the liver.

Take a look at some exercises that you can do at home for the better functioning of this body:

Exercise 1

*Lie on your back and place your hands next to your body with your palms facing down

*Lift your legs and hold them upright

*Slowly start to lift them over your head while the feet do not touch the floor behind the shoulders

*Hold in this position for 1 minute and then slowly return your feet to the starting position

 

Exercise 2

*Sit on a soft but flat foot with crossed legs like a photo and with a straight back

*Tap your left knee with your right hand

*Place your left arm on the floor behind your back, while turning to the right with your upper body

* Stay in this position for 30 seconds, then repeat the movement on the opposite side with the other hand

*Repeat 5 times on both sides

 

Exercise 3

*Sit on a soft, yet flat and stable foot with crossed legs and upright back

*Raise your left foot, bend it in your knee, and put your foot next to your right knee, from the outside (you will feel a mild pressure on the liver)

*Put your right hand on your left foot, and the left on the floor behind your back.

*Stay in this position for 30 seconds, then repeat the movement on the opposite side with the opposite arm and leg

*Repeat 5 times on both sides
