Every person in the world has found his comfortable sleeping position, but he certainly does not assume that certain positions can cause health consequences.

Sleeping on the back is not recommended for pregnant women and those who suffer from sleep apnea. Pregnant women are best suited to sleep on the side or in the fetal position, as they do not hinder the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the fetus.
Those who have difficulty breathing and frequent snoring are best to sleep on the stomach. Keep in mind that if you are sleeping in a bad position, you risk waking up with tingling in the limbs, pain and irritated nerves.
Therefore, if you do not have a legitimate medical reason not to do so, try to apply the sleeping position on your back.
